Healthy is non-negotiable for me. If you’re tired of wishful thinking and want real change, I’m here for it. My style? All about movement science – posture, breathing, and core strength matter more than just sweating it out.
My Coaching Style: Full-On Fitness + Food
I mix physical training with solid nutrition advice. As an ACE-certified trainer and VLCC-certified nutritionist, I know shortcuts don’t work. Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or just wanting to feel good, I focus on sustainable nutrition habits and building strength that lasts.
What My Sessions Feel Like
Thoda push toh banta hai (You gotta push a little). I like challenging you with creative workouts, mixing Pilates vibes with classic strength moves. Dumbbells, TRX, stability balls – one day it’s rowing, next day it’s hanging core drills. I’m hands-on with correcting your form, so you don’t get hurt and actually see results. We also work on single-sided moves to fix imbalances and boost overall stability.
Food = Fuel
No crash diets, no fads. My nutrition guidance is about fueling your body right so our hard work pays off. I want you to understand what works for you, not just follow random plans.
Where We Train
Train at my studio in Hauz Khas, at your home, or outdoors. One-on-one or in small groups, it’s flexible. I bring the gear, you bring the energy.

My Story
Hey! We’re Pilates For You, a studio born from a love for Contrology and a little bit of magic from my best half. ACE certified, a nutritionist, and always chasing the next mountain or memory. Our vibe? Hauz Khas, good energy, and zero boring routines. When we’re not helping you fix your posture or get strong, we’re probably off the grid somewhere in Himachal. Life’s short—grab the fun bits.
My Work
Pilates & Strength Training - We do Reformer Pilates, Cadillac, Mat sessions, strength workouts, and personal pilates training at home.
Pain Management & Corrective Exercise - Special focus on back pain, scoliosis, posture issues. Corrective exercise for scoliosis is a big part.
Fun Group & One-on-One Classes - Never dull! We mix things up with fun group pilates classes or solo sessions, always challenging.
Nutrition & Inch Loss Programs - Nutrition guidance and inch loss plans backed by science and experience.
