At Zingara Studio, fitness isn’t just about sweating it out. For us, Pilates is how you feel lighter, calmer, and just more in tune with your body and mind. We see it as a mix of movement and meditation - something you feel deep down, not just in your muscles.

Our Pilates Approach

We’re all about that mind-body connection. Think of it as a balance - build a strong core, move with control, but also keep your head clear. Our classes focus on mindful movement practice, so you get stronger without beating up your joints. Honestly, for a lot of us, it’s as much therapy as it is a workout.

Styles That Fit Your Flow

  • Mat Pilates: The basics - using your own body weight. Great for core strengthening exercises and learning the fundamentals.
  • Reformer Pilates classes: Machines and springs for next-level resistance. Tones you all over and keeps things interesting.
  • Bar Pilates (Barre): Pilates meets dance. High energy, lots of fun, and awesome for endurance.

My Story

Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.

My Work

All-in-one Wellness Classes - We do Pilates (mat, reformer, bar), Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Animal Flow classes, Zumba, Strength & Conditioning, plus Sound Healing and Dance Movement Therapy.

Mind-Body Healing Retreats - Join our wellness retreats for meditation, sunrise hikes, and deep mind-body healing. It’s about finding your own peace.

Community Vibes - Once you join, you’re part of the Zingara Tribe. We support, laugh, and grow together – no one’s left out.

Fitness for All Ages - Kids, adults, seniors – everyone’s welcome! We even run aerial yoga for kids and special summer camps.
