We leave the fancy machines behind and focus on the basics: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and more. Whether you’re just starting out or you want to step up your skills, I’ll be right there, making sure your form is solid and your progress is steady.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sandhya. Sometimes I’m a saree-wearing yogini, sometimes just a blessed mess, always somewhere between lost and found. My soul feels free in the pahad (mountains), but my heart comes home on the mat. Life’s just a bunch of moments, right? I dance with them, trip sometimes, laugh with my tribe, and keep returning to abhyas (practice). Not chasing perfect, just living for the small joys and finding myself again and again.
