A glimpse into my practice where calisthenics meets yoga flow. It is all about building strength that matters, without the fancy machines.

This is what I mean by strength meeting flexibility. My training focuses on building a powerful, controlled body that can create and hold beautiful shapes. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about mastering your own bodyweight.

We also use basic equipment like parallel bars to take our calisthenics skills to the next level. Here, I’m working on inversion control and core strength, moving from a plow pose into a stable headstand, a sequence we can build towards together.

The energy of our community is everything. This is a look at one of our group sessions where we flow together, synchronizing our movements like these Hindu push-ups. We motivate each other and grow stronger as a team.

Sometimes, the best gym is the one nature provides. I love taking our workouts outdoors for some 'desi' style training, using tree branches for pull-ups and open fields for push-ups. This is functional fitness in its purest form.

I love exploring creative transitions between movements. This flow shows a controlled handstand practice moving into a full backbend, or Chakrasana. We break down each part of the sequence so you can build the strength and confidence to try it yourself.

This is a moment of pure focus and strength, holding a scorpion pose against the setting sun. Achieving advanced postures like this is a journey of patience and consistent practice, something we work on every day.

Here’s a peek into a typical group class. We start with fundamentals like push-ups to build a strong foundation, move through dynamic flows, and always end with cool-down stretches to improve mobility and prevent injury.

About Featured

Forget the expensive gym memberships and fancy equipment. My practice is designed around using your own bodyweight to build functional strength you can actually use in real life—like carrying groceries, moving with agility, or simply feeling at home in your own skin. Whether we are in my studio or your living room, the focus remains on your form, your progress, and getting you comfortable with the basics first.
