There is a shift in energy when we move together. We leave the isolation of fancy machines behind and build functional strength as a community, supporting every push-up, flow, and breakthrough.

This is the power of our community in action. Here, three of us are flowing in sync, moving through Hindu push-ups and downward dog leg lifts. Training together creates a powerful, motivating environment where everyone thrives.

Our group sessions are for everyone who wants to get stronger. In this video, you can see us working on the basics together, like push-ups and bar dips. We build a strong foundation with no machines and no excuses.

This is a glimpse of the kind of dynamic flow we practice in my yoga classes at All Fit Gym. We combine strength-building postures like forearm stands and crow pose with fluid transitions to create a challenging and rewarding workout.

About Group Sessions & Community Energy

These group sessions are not about mindless reps; they are about shared momentum. Whether we are in the open-air CaliClan space or the dedicated All Fit studio, you aren't training in isolation. I design these classes so that even in a group, you get individual adjustments on your form, keeping the practice safe while you feed off the energy of others working toward the same goals.

Building Strength in Community

When you train alone, it is easy to skip a day or cut a set short. In our group sessions, the energy shifts. You see others tackling the same push-ups or holding the same crow pose, and it changes your own threshold for what you think you can handle. This is the heart of my approach—we are a clan, not a gym full of strangers.

Where We Train

I conduct these sessions across two distinct environments in Gurugram, each offering a different vibe:

  • CaliClan Academy (Sector 58): This is our home for raw, functional work. It is an open-air industrial shed environment with artificial turf, dedicated to calisthenics. Here, we use stall bars, gymnastics rings, and parallel bars to build real-world strength.
  • All Fit (Sector 52A): A more structured, mat-focused space where we blend my yoga flow with mobility work. This is where we slow things down to build flexibility and balance.

What to Expect in Class

Every session is a mix of bodyweight calisthenics, mobility yoga, and sometimes kickboxing drills. We do not use machines. We focus on the basics: pull-ups, squats, and controlled inversions. Because I limit batch sizes, I can walk the floor, spot you during a handstand, or correct your alignment in downward dog.

Whether you are a student joining our under-18 foundation batches or an adult looking for unlimited weekly access, the goal remains the same: show up, put in the work, and find your flow. We celebrate the 'desi' workout—honest, simple, and effective.
