About Yoga, Mobility & Mindfulness
My Journey, Your Mat
Yoga isn’t just about looking good in a pose – it’s my way to let go and reconnect with myself. Some days, I’m flowing smooth. Other days, I’m tumbling out of asanas and laughing it off. I believe you find real strength where things aren’t perfect. That’s where the magic happens - you get back up, dust off, and try again.
How I Teach
I mix Yoga, Mobility, and Mindfulness. My classes go beyond shapes and stretches - we work on mindful movement routines and use breathwork for anxiety. Breath is our anchor, helping you tune into your body and find calm that sticks even after you leave the mat.
What You’ll Get Out of Practice
- Real tools for stress reduction and inner peace
- Self-love, not just self-improvement
- Functional mobility exercises for everyday life
- Stronger back, less pain, more energy
- Flexibility that actually helps you move better
Ways We Can Practice
Group classes in Gurugram gyms are community-driven and super chill. If you like a more personal vibe, I offer one-on-one sessions at your home or studio. Sometimes, we just say, “Chalo!” and try something new.
Styles I Love
Expect a mashup - Vinyasa flow, solid Hatha basics, bodyweight moves, and maybe a cheeky desi workout. If you’re up for it, we’ll play with inversions, partner yoga, even try a bit of Acroyoga or Aerial Hoop. I’m always experimenting.
Why I Do This
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, finding joy, and letting your soul have fun. That’s what I hope you discover too.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sandhya. Sometimes I’m a saree-wearing yogini, sometimes just a blessed mess, always somewhere between lost and found. My soul feels free in the pahad (mountains), but my heart comes home on the mat. Life’s just a bunch of moments, right? I dance with them, trip sometimes, laugh with my tribe, and keep returning to abhyas (practice). Not chasing perfect, just living for the small joys and finding myself again and again.
My Work
What I Offer - Yoga, mindful strength training, flexibility and mobility sessions, meditation, acro yoga basics, calisthenics.
How I Teach - We move with purpose, mix bodyweight yoga practice with breath, and learn by doing—not just talking.
Training Style - No fancy machines. Just you, your mat, and the quiet power of practice. Sometimes we fall, always we get up.
The Vibe - It’s about gratitude, finding balance, and choosing to be strong. I’m here for your journey, not your perfection.
