About Acroyoga Sessions
Exploring Acroyoga with me is never just about mastering cool poses. It’s real, a bit messy, and honestly, a lot of fun. This practice is all about connection - with yourself and your partner. We lean into trust, support, and that feeling when you suddenly realise, “Whoa, I’m actually flying!”
What Acroyoga Feels Like Here
- We mix yoga’s calm with some proper acrobatics - but don’t stress, it isn’t about ‘perfect’ shapes.
- Every session is chilled out, supportive, and has its share of laughs.
- Whether you’re at a park or an indoor studio in Gurugram, expect to be part of a playful yoga community.
What Happens in a Session
- We start off with basics - learning to be a base (the one who grounds) and a flyer (the one who soars).
- I keep things safe with hands-on spotting and clear guidance, so you know you’re not alone.
- If you’re thinking, “Yeh mere se nahi hoga” (I can’t do this) - trust me, most people feel that way at first! But Acroyoga for body awareness and confidence is for everyone, not just the super strong or bendy.
Why Try It?
- It’s killer for your core, arms, and balance.
- Builds communication, trust, and real presence with your partner or friend.
- You walk away feeling part of something bigger than just a workout - a space where being a ‘blessed mess’ is totally welcome.
Chalo, let’s see where this journey takes us.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sandhya. Sometimes I’m a saree-wearing yogini, sometimes just a blessed mess, always somewhere between lost and found. My soul feels free in the pahad (mountains), but my heart comes home on the mat. Life’s just a bunch of moments, right? I dance with them, trip sometimes, laugh with my tribe, and keep returning to abhyas (practice). Not chasing perfect, just living for the small joys and finding myself again and again.
My Work
What I Offer - Yoga, mindful strength training, flexibility and mobility sessions, meditation, acro yoga basics, calisthenics.
How I Teach - We move with purpose, mix bodyweight yoga practice with breath, and learn by doing—not just talking.
Training Style - No fancy machines. Just you, your mat, and the quiet power of practice. Sometimes we fall, always we get up.
The Vibe - It’s about gratitude, finding balance, and choosing to be strong. I’m here for your journey, not your perfection.
