Group Sessions & Community Energy

There is a special energy when we practice together. My group sessions in Gurugram are all about mutual support, shared goals, and celebrating every small win as a team. Showing up is half the battle, and we tackle the rest together.

Outdoor & Desi Workouts

We leave the gym behind and connect with nature, using our surroundings for a raw, functional workout. This is about simple, honest movement, whether it's practicing on a rooftop at sunset or doing 'desi' style push-ups and pull-ups in a park.
