Open-Air Group Calisthenics & Conditioning
Training Format
- Facility Access: Daily access (6 days/week) to the Vijay Sri Sports Complex arena (Sector 141). Note: This is a covered open-air structure with industrial fans (no Air Conditioning).
- The WOD: Daily 60-75 minute group workouts led by a head coach involving 10-20 members.
- Drills: Combinations of bodyweight basics (Push-ups, Dips) and high-intensity conditioning (Sledgehammers, Battle Ropes, Tractor Tyre flips).
Equipment & Infrastructure
- The Rig: Shared usage of custom welded iron structures for pull-ups, monkey bars, and parallel dips.
- Flooring: Training performed on 20-25mm EVA foam interlocking mats laid over a concrete/hard base.
- Gear: Access to communal resistance bands, parallettes, and a shared chalk bucket.
Coaching Scope
- Group Supervision: Coaches provide verbal cues and physical adjustments during the circuit.
- Assessments: Monthly fitness tests to track max repetitions and endurance.
- Safety: Availability of 4-6 inch crash mats for practicing inversions.
Advanced Skill Coaching & Personalized Programming
Elite Skill Development
- Target Moves: Dedicated programming for high-risk skills: Muscle-ups (Bar/Ring), Front/Back Levers, Planche, and Handstand Push-ups.
- Hands-On Spotting: Physical assistance by the head coach during static holds and dynamic transitions to ensure safety.
- Custom Charts: Creation of a personalized workout roadmap tailored to specific goals rather than general group circuits.
Technical Analysis
- Video Review: Frame-by-frame breakdown of training footage to correct micro-mechanics (scapular positioning, pelvic tilt).
- Low Ratio: Training conducted in small sub-groups (approx. 1:4 or 1:5) for continuous attention.
Recovery & Lifestyle
- Prehab Routines: Specific mobility drills using bands and rollers to condition tendons and joints for heavy loads.

My Story
Log gym jaate hain, routine follow karte hain, par result nahi milta. Mujhe laga kuch alag karna chahiye. Isliye Warrior FitFlow shuru kiya - yahan 'warrior' sirf muscles nahi, dimaag bhi strong banta hai. FitFlow matlab movement, mind-body ka proper connection. Hum ek tribe bana rahe hain, jahaan doctors, homemakers sab aate hain, mountains pe training bhi le jate hain. Yahan sirf workout nahi, andar se bhi badalte ho.
