Online 1-on-1 Yoga Coaching
Session Format
- Mode: Real-time 1-on-1 video call via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
- Duration: 50 to 60 minutes per session.
- Language: Instruction available in Hindi and English.
Training & Alignment
- Form Correction: Verbal adjustments focused on biomechanics (e.g., neutral spine alignment) rather than generic instruction.
- Routines: Hatha and Vinyasa flows adapted specifically for small home spaces.
- Posture Analysis: Visual assessment of desk-job postures with immediate corrective drills.
Mindfulness
- Breathwork: Guided Pranayama techniques to expand lung capacity.
- Meditation: Sessions conclude with 5-10 minutes of guided mindfulness or Om chanting.
In-Person Yoga & Mobility Training
Logistics
- Location: Service provided at client's home within Delhi Metro area or designated studio.
- Travel: Price covers trainer commute and transport costs.
- Duration: 60 minutes of focused physical training.
Hands-On Correction
- Tactile Cues: Manual physical adjustments to deepen stretches and correct alignment.
- Assisted Stretching: Passive PNF stretching techniques to improve range of motion.
- Spotting: Safety spotting for high-risk inversions like Headstands (Sirsasana) and Scorpion Pose.
Strength & Recovery
- Equipment: Usage of foam rollers for myofascial release and props for stability.
- Mobility: Pilates-inspired core work and specific drills for wrist/shoulder mobility.
Therapeutic Yoga & Detox (Shatkarma)
Cleansing Kriyas
- Procedures: Expert supervision for Sutra Neti (nasal cleaning) or Vastra Dhauti (stomach cleaning).
- Materials: Includes sterile sutra threads, catheters, or muslin cloth strips required for the practice.
- Safety: Pre-procedure anatomy assessment and post-practice rest guidelines.
Pain Rehabilitation
- Protocols: Targeted exercises for conditions like Frozen Shoulder, Lower Back Pain, and wrist stiffness.
- Corrective Drills: Isolation movements to fix scapular winging or anterior pelvic tilt.
Recovery
- Relaxation: Extended Yoga Nidra sessions to calm the nervous system following cleansing or rehab work.

Like I always say, Prem to us amrit ka pey hai (Love is that nectar). My goal is to help you find that nectar for yourself - through discipline, self-love, and a bit of honest sweat.
What I Offer
My sessions mix old-school yoga wisdom with what we now know about the body. It’s not just about nailing a pose - it’s about understanding your own body, calming your mind, and building a practice you can actually stick with.
How We Work
- Physical Practice: We’ll work through asana (postures) for strength, balance, and flexibility. Doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes or already do headstands. We move at your pace.
- Mindful Posture Correction: Got desk job aches? We’ll focus on mindful posture correction with simple exercises and tips for real-life changes.
- Meditation & Mindfulness: I’ll walk you through stress reduction and focus techniques. Just 15-30 minutes a day can make a difference.
- Strength and Flexibility Routines: Expect targeted stretches, recovery tools like foam rollers, and routines to keep you moving free.
My style is hands-on and practical. I break down every movement, making sure you stay safe. Sometimes progress is slow, sometimes you surprise yourself. Either way, Shabash man! (Well done, man). If you’re looking for a holistic yoga practice that fits into real life, I’m here for it.

Namaste, I’m Nandan Singh. Fitness is not just sweating it out – it’s a full-on journey of body and mind. I’ve got my MPED and a Master’s in Yoga, so I live both power and peace. My life’s split between the gym and Vrindavan, weightlifting and meditation. Clean and jerk, snatch, deadlifts – that’s my jam.
