We don’t do fancy trends or shortcuts. Our practice is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on correct alignment and consistency to help you build strength and resolve health issues safely.

This is what real transformation looks like. With consistent practice of traditional yoga and following an Ayurvedic diet plan, my student lost 21 kgs in just 4.5 months while also building significant muscle strength. This is not a quick fix, it's a sustainable lifestyle change.

Listen to my student share her journey. After 10 months at the studio, her chronic issues with blood sugar, BP, cholesterol, and thyroid have all resolved. It shows how a holistic yoga practice can bring your entire system back into balance.

Many people practice Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) incorrectly, which can strain the back instead of helping it. In this video, I show the difference between the common mistake and the correct form, which focuses on opening the chest for better heart and lung health. Correct practice is everything.

Yoga is a powerful tool for children. In my kids' classes, we work on asanas like Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose) to build real strength, improve concentration for school, and develop a calm mind. We make it fun so they build habits for life.

Age is truly just a number. Here is one of my students, over 60 years old, gracefully holding Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) with block support. My classes for seniors are designed to build strength and improve mobility safely.

It's important to understand the difference between exercise and authentic yoga. I created this simple chart to explain my approach, which is rooted in traditional Shastras, compared to trendy, western-influenced styles. We focus on curing health issues, not just flexibility.

Our studio is a community. Here, we are ending a session with Om chanting, a practice that calms the nervous system and unites the group. This is a space for focus, peace, and shared positive energy.

Feeling stuck in a pose like Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)? This is a common issue due to tight shoulders. I show how we use simple drills with a yoga belt to safely increase shoulder rotation and mobility, helping students progress from 'before' to 'after'.

About Featured

Doing yoga is not enough; doing it correctly changes everything. At our studio, we don't just mimic poses. We use props like blocks and straps to ensure your spine, shoulders, and knees are aligned safely, preventing injuries while maximizing the therapeutic benefits for conditions like PCOD, thyroid, and chronic back pain.
