- Holistic Practice: Includes rigorous Surya Namaskars for stamina and specific Iyengar-style hold training for posture correction.
- Mental Discipline: Mandatory chanting of Shlokas/Omkara at the start and end of class to improve lung capacity and focus.
- Prop Usage: Introduction to using yoga belts, blocks, and occasionally aerial silks to aid flexibility.

- Yoga for Kids: I don’t force kids into tough poses. Instead, I make it fun so they naturally get fitter, stronger, and more flexible. It’s about building good habits early - discipline, fitness, and a positive vibe.
- Youth Yoga Challenge: For college students ready for a real push, this 21-day challenge is strict - miss a day and you’re out. Only 5 per batch. You’ll get stronger, yes, but you’ll also handle stress better and see what you’re capable of.
- Workplace Wellness Yoga: Office stress is real, boss. I bring yoga right to your workplace - be it weekly sessions, special wellness events, or even full-on mind-body corporate retreats. It’s about helping your team feel healthier and more balanced.

Hey, we’re The Happy Yoga Community. Thirteen years and counting, teaching and learning together. I owe everything to my Gurus and parents, really. Yoga’s given us peace, happiness, even respect.
