We practice without mirrors here. This intentional choice removes the distraction of comparing your pose to your neighbor's or your own reflection, allowing you to focus entirely on how your body feels from the inside out.

Our sessions are designed to fit your rhythm. If you are looking to build a strong foundation, our Classical Hatha classes move at a slower, deliberate pace. This is ideal for understanding alignment and building physical stability. For those who prefer movement as a form of meditation, our Vinyasa and Ashtanga flow classes link breath with motion, creating a dynamic rhythm that helps clear mental chatter.

Every class at our Whitefield studios follows a signature structure: we dedicate the first 30 to 35 minutes to physical movement, followed by 20 to 25 minutes of Calm Mind Practice. This might involve deep breathwork, yoga nidra for restorative rest, or sound healing with Himalayan bowls.

We are a strictly device-free zone. When you arrive, you will store your phones and smartwatches in our lockers, allowing you to fully disconnect from the constant noise of the outside world. Our groups are small, usually capped at 10 to 12 students, ensuring that you receive genuine guidance rather than just following a crowd. Whether you are coming to our Siddapura or Hopefarm location, the experience is the same: a quiet, mirror-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.
