Welcome to our sanctuary. The studio is intentionally designed to be light filled, clutter free, and without mirrors, creating a space where you can focus on how you feel, not how you look. This is a place to move, breathe, and simply be present.

We believe Pilates is for everyone. This video shows the different ways we practice, from mat and wall Pilates to the focused resistance of the reformer. Our small classes ensure you get the guidance you need, whether you are just starting out or deepening your practice.

About this collection

We leave our phones in lockers and keep mirrors off the walls. This is intentional. By removing digital distractions and reflections, we shift your focus away from how you look or what the world is doing, and directly onto how you feel in your own body. It is a simple change, but it transforms your entire practice.

Why We Practice This Way

Most studios prioritize intensity or the mirror-check. At SAMA, we prioritize the mental reset. Whether you are walking into our Siddapura or Hopefarm studio, the experience is consistent: you step off the busy Whitefield streets and into a quiet space.

The Session Structure

Every class is designed with a two-part rhythm. We start with 30 to 35 minutes of physical engagement. This could be Classical Hatha for building a foundation, dynamic Vinyasa flow, or Pilates to build core strength.

Then, we transition. The second half of your hour—20 to 25 minutes—is the Calm Mind Practice. This is where the work truly settles. We use breathwork, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra for deep rest, or sound healing with Himalayan bowls. This balance of effort and surrender is what our members value most.

Who This Is For

Our classes are not about competition. You do not need to be flexible or 'fit' to start. Our instructors manage small batches of 10 to 12 students, ensuring that whether you are trying Aerial Yoga for the first time or returning to a Mat Pilates routine, you get the adjustments you need.
