- Chair Yoga: Non-sweaty, work-clothes-friendly stretches for 'Tech-Neck' and back stiffness.
- Breathwork: Pranayama techniques specifically for anxiety reduction (Box Breathing, 4-7-8).
- Guided Rest: NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) protocol to refresh cognitive function.
Premium Setup & Add-ons
- Sound Therapy: Live acoustic sound using Tibetan singing bowls or chimes.
- Aromatherapy: Use of high-grade essential oil diffusers (Studio/Indoor only).

Equipment & Environment
- Props Provided: Swiss balls for hip mobility, bolsters, cork blocks, and straps.
- Safety: High-grip natural rubber or PU mats to prevent slipping.
- Setting: Mirror-less environment to focus on feeling rather than appearance.
Kids & Teens Aerial Yoga Program (Ages 9-14)

- Validity: 8 Sessions valid for 30 days.
- Frequency: Choice of 2 classes per week (Tue/Thu/Sat).
Physical Training
- Aerial Hammocks: Usage of low-hang silks for swinging and safe climbing.
- Core & Spine: Supported inversions for spinal decompression (countering heavy school bags) and upper body strength.

- Mindfulness: Short 3-5 minute visualization exercises for concentration.
- Breathwork: Gamified breathing activities rather than strict drills.

Office Calm, Beyond the Cliché
Workplace wellness doesn’t have to be a boring team-building day. I bring corporate stress management workshops right into your office or welcome you into our peaceful Whitefield studio. The sessions can be quick lunchtime resets or longer workshops. Expect a mix of guided meditation, easy breathwork, and even chair yoga – so you can actually relax, not just pretend for HR.
Pregnancy Support with CalmMom
Pregnancy is no joke, so my prenatal yoga program is all about gentle movement, breathwork, and support for real moms-to-be (from second trimester onwards). We use props, go slow, and focus on connecting with your body and baby. No pressure, just a safe space to breathe and move.
Mindful Tools for Kids
Kids today are bombarded by tech and noise. Through mindfulness for kids, I make yoga and meditation playful with simple poses, breath games, and sometimes even aerial hammocks. Ages 9-14, all energy levels welcome.

My Story
People ask, why 'Calm Mind Studio' and not just yoga? We started Sama to make mental health simple. Life’s noisy, right? Phones buzzing, work piling up, brains fried from screens. Most chase fitness, but minds get left behind. We wanted a space to unplug, breathe, and just be. No phones, no distractions, just your hour. Not about posting videos or showing off. Real magic is stepping onto the mat, finding your healthspan, and some real peace.
