A look inside a dynamic group class. Here, we are moving through a sequence that challenges balance and builds core strength, with each student moving at their own pace.

This clip shows a simple Vinyasa flow that you can practice daily. It is a great way to energize the body and connect with your breath before starting your day.

I am demonstrating a Vinyasa sequence that you can try at home. My flows are designed to be creative and build memory, helping you develop your personal practice.

Guiding students through the steps of Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation. We break down each asana, from Padahastasana to Bhujangasana, ensuring everyone understands the alignment.

Students practicing Dhanurasana, or Bow Pose, in unison. This posture is excellent for strengthening the back and opening the chest and shoulders.

In my classes, I provide personal adjustments to help you find the correct alignment in each pose. Here, students are working on deepening their practice with guidance.

I believe in giving clear, gentle instructions, sometimes in Kannada like "eradu ottige ettabedi ondondhe," meaning "don't lift both together, one by one." This ensures safe practice for everyone.

Guiding a student to deepen their stretch in a lunge. My hands-on approach helps you understand how to safely push your limits and feel the pose more fully.

A moment from a group class, showing students in various stages of their practice. The focus is on individual journeys within a collective, supportive energy.

A quiet moment of Savasana, or corpse pose, at the end of a Hatha class. This is a crucial time for the body to integrate the benefits of the practice.

About Group Classes: Hatha & Vinyasa Flow

In our group classes, we keep batches small, capped at 10 to 15 students, so I can provide personal attention and real-time alignment feedback. You will often hear me use cues like 'eradu ottige ettabedi ondondhe' (don't lift both together, one by one) to help you move safely, using blocks and straps whenever your body needs that extra bit of support.
