We are a calm mind studio offering device-free yoga, Pilates, and mindful practices. Our sanctuary-like space is designed to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with your inner stillness.

This is the space I've intentionally created for you. It is a light-filled, clutter-free sanctuary with no mirrors. By removing distractions, I help you focus inward on how you feel, not how you look, allowing for a more present and mindful practice.
My Aerial Yoga Foundation Course is the perfect starting point. I offer both weekday and weekend batches to fit your schedule. This course is designed to take you from the ground to the air with confidence, teaching you the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting.
Bring a friend or partner and experience connection in a whole new way with my Partner Aerial Yoga workshops. These sessions are a fun, supportive way to build trust and playfulness while exploring movement together. It’s a unique event we host for occasions like International Yoga Day.

Aerial Fitness

The CalmMom program is a safe and supportive space for mothers to be. I guide you through gentle prenatal yoga and breathwork, using props for comfort, to help you connect with your changing body and your baby from the second trimester onwards.
Mindfulness can be playful. In my YoungMinds program for kids aged 9 to 14, I use simple poses, breath games, and even aerial hammocks to introduce them to the benefits of yoga and meditation in a fun, engaging way.

My Story

People ask, why 'Calm Mind Studio' and not just yoga? We started Sama to make mental health simple. Life’s noisy, right? Phones buzzing, work piling up, brains fried from screens. Most chase fitness, but minds get left behind. We wanted a space to unplug, breathe, and just be. No phones, no distractions, just your hour. Not about posting videos or showing off. Real magic is stepping onto the mat, finding your healthspan, and some real peace.
