We have intentionally created a space free from digital distractions and mirrors. This allows you to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your inner self, focusing purely on your body's sensations and your mind's stillness.

The Stillness Within: Meditation & Restorative Practices

Every class at SAMA concludes with a Calm Mind Practice. We use time tested techniques like Restorative yoga for deep relaxation, Yin yoga for anxiety relief, Yoga Nidra for yogic sleep, and Sound Healing to help you find profound stillness.

Mindful Movement: Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

We offer a balanced schedule of yoga styles for all levels. Build a strong foundation with Classical Hatha, or connect breath with movement in our dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga flow classes, all of which conclude with our signature Calm Mind Practice.

Core & Strength: Pilates & Yogalates

Strengthen your core and build lean muscle with our Pilates offerings, including Mat, Wall, and Reformer Pilates. For an all in one class, try Yogalates, our unique fusion of yoga and Pilates for mindful strength, stability, and stretching.

Defy Gravity: Aerial Yoga

Explore a different perspective with Aerial Yoga. Using soft hammocks for support, you can build strength, increase flexibility, and decompress your spine in a fun and playful way, all while being guided by our expert instructors.
