We are often asked why we don't post more class videos online. Our answer is simple: we want you to meet us in the real world. Our studio is a sanctuary from the constant digital deluge, and we invite you to experience it firsthand.

From a 7:00 AM yoga class to a 6:30 PM restorative session, our studio is a haven of calm throughout the day. This video, shot through a glass door to respect our no device policy, shows the variety of practices we offer to fit your schedule.
