We believe wellness is a daily rhythm, not a destination. Explore our weekly schedule designed to help you disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement and stillness.

What is SAMA? In Sanskrit, it means a state of calmness and balance. We are a premium yoga and mindfulness studio focused on mental wellness, offering gentle practices in a serene, small class environment.

How do we practice? Every class balances body and mind. We use props like bolsters, blankets, and singing bowls to support a gentle asana practice, followed by a unique Calm Mind Practice like breathwork or Yoga Nidra.

Our class schedule is designed to fit into your life. With five different time slots on weekdays and three on weekends, a calm mind class is always accessible. We are open all seven days of the week.

Here is our group class schedule for November. We offer classes five times a day, seven days a week, ensuring you can always find time to balance your mind, body, and breath.

What is a calm mind? Our Program Director, Meghna Verma, shares her perspective. It is a stress free state where you can achieve a sense of inner silence and not get lost in excessive thoughts.

We are proud to be part of the rising demand for low tech, device free spaces. The future of wellness is slower, softer, and more intentional, and that has always been our guiding principle.

We have seen the shift in wellness spending, moving away from chasing aesthetics to supporting sustainable energy, balance, and calm. Our studio was founded on this very principle.

Self care is evolving towards a more personalized and holistic view. Our practices are designed to be a part of your wellness stack, helping you connect with your moods, habits, and emotional states.

About Our Guiding Principles & Schedule

Every session at our studio follows our signature 'Move. Breathe. Meditate.' framework: you spend the first 30 minutes in physical flow—Hatha, Vinyasa, or Pilates—followed by 25 minutes of deep stillness through breathwork or sound healing. Because we cap every batch at 12 students, you get actual guidance on your form and breath rather than just following along in a crowd.
