What Aerial Fitness Means to Me
Aerial Fitness is my way to slow down and breathe easy, even when life is full of noise. It’s not about flashy moves or showing off. I use a soft hammock to help you stretch deeper, build real strength, and just get comfortable being up in the air. For me, it’s all about finding that sweet spot where your mind chills and your body feels alive.
Who Can Join? (Honestly, Anyone)
I get folks telling me they’re not flexible or strong enough, but trust me, you don’t need to be. Most people start with zero experience and all ages are welcome. I keep classes small so you’re not lost in a crowd, and I’m big on making sure you feel safe every step of the way.
What Happens in Class
We start with simple moves and build up, using the hammock for support. You’ll learn how to move, stretch, and even hang upside down if you’re up for it. I guide you through each bit, no rush, no pressure. At the end, you get to try cocoon savasana - wrapped up, floating, with music and guided meditation. It’s basically floating on a cloud.

My Story
