Join our small-batch yoga sessions where we focus on mindful movement, breath, and steady progress in a supportive, community-centered environment.

A glimpse into one of my group sessions, where students move through a sequence together. My goal is to help each person become more aware of their body and find comfort in their own practice.

About Group Yoga Classes

In my group sessions, we keep the batch size small, usually between 5 to 12 students. This is not just for space; it is because I believe you need hands-on adjustments to learn safely. Whether we are moving through a static Hatha hold or flowing in Vinyasa, I want to be able to see your alignment and help you make progress at your own pace.

Yoga is a personal journey, but there is a special energy that comes from practicing together in a room. When you step onto the mat with a group, you are not just following a sequence; you are part of a collective effort to slow down and find peace. My classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of your current flexibility. We balance static Hatha holds, which build stability and strength, with Vinyasa flows that get your heart rate up and keep you mindful of your breath. Every session concludes with a brief, deep relaxation, often incorporating singing bowl sound therapy, to help your nervous system settle before you step back into the chaos of the day. We currently host these sessions at two dedicated movement spaces in Bangalore: Nrityog in Horamavu and LshVa in Koramangala. Because these are small-batch classes, I can offer individual attention that is hard to find in larger fitness centers. We focus on proper technique, ensuring your postures support your body rather than straining it. If you have a specific goal, like recovering from an injury, working on advanced arm balances, or simply managing daily stress, we can discuss how to tailor these group sessions for you. It is about progress, not perfection, and I am here to support your path, one breath at a time.
