A look back at the big changes our community made in 2024. Together, we practiced over 2000 hours of calm, explored more than 20 unique formats, and built a strong, mindful community. We are so grateful for everyone who was a part of it.
We recently celebrated our first anniversary. In just one year, our community has shared over 5000 hours of calm mind practice. It has been heartening to see how this space has helped our members find balance, and we have many more to go.
We took our signature Calm Mind Experience to the Unboxing Bangalore Habba. Participants engaged in art, movement, and deep relaxation, discovering the beauty of calm away from their digital devices.
