How I See Training

Discipline comes before motivation for me. I believe in doing everything dil se (with all your heart). Track and field isn’t about shortcuts - it’s pure mehnat (hard work), daily discipline, and showing up. You want results? You’ve got to earn them.

Who I Work With

I train anyone ready for honest effort:

  • Kids who want to get faster, stronger, and move better while having fun
  • Youth and university athletes prepping for competitions like Khelo India or National School Games
  • Competitive athletes aiming for national level performance
  • Fitness enthusiasts looking to master the art of the run and boost overall fitness

I do one-on-one as well as group sessions. If you want personal attention, or if you like the team vibe, there’s space for both.

What We Train

Everything starts with basics. We build you up from the ground:

  • Sprinting form correction and speed sessions for the 100m and 200m
  • Explosive start techniques using blocks and hurdle drills for rhythm and form
  • Speed and agility drills with ladders, cones, and mini hurdles for sharpness and quick feet
  • Strength work: From plyometrics (box jumps etc) to resistance bands, core, and flexibility routines
  • Long jump approach training - full breakdown from run-up to landing

My Goal for You

My Story

I’m Sadashiv Pandey. Family comes first, always. My wife and son, we go for darshan at Mata Vaishno Devi, Siddhivinayak - blessings and their support keep me going. I’m from Kashi, Baba ke nagari. Here, I learnt 'koi bhi kaam dil se karo' (do everything with heart). Whether I’m coaching my yoga boy at home or pushing athletes, it’s all about hard work, love, and that joy of coming home after a month. That’s real life.

My Work

Track & Field Coaching, Strength & Conditioning - I train athletes, celebrities, and anyone serious - speed and agility drills, hurdle technique, block starts, and full strength work.

My Coaching Style - Discipline over motivation. No shortcuts. Sweat, soul, and pure mehnat. Move with purpose, not just speed.

Who I Train - From Gurmeet Choudhary, Hardik Pandya, to kids at my club. If you’ve got the will, I’m here.
