About Our Champions & Competition Results
Winning a race isn't just about natural speed, it is about the hours we spend correcting your block start and rhythm before the gun goes off. I analyze your stride using video playback, tweak your posture, and ensure you are peaking exactly when it matters during the actual competition day. My focus is on making sure your muscle memory takes over when the pressure is at its highest.
At the University Sports Pavilion and other tracks across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, my training is designed to get you competition-ready. We do not just run laps. We measure everything.
My Approach to Competition
- Technical Breakdown: I use instant video analysis for sprinters to fix arm action, the drive phase, and the finish. Shaving milliseconds off your time requires constant adjustment of your mechanics.
- Rhythm and Form: For hurdles, we practice lead-leg clearance and rhythm until it is instinct. You should not have to think about the hurdle when you are attacking it.
- Mental Toughness: Competition is where my 'discipline over motivation' rule proves itself. When the crowd is loud and the nerves are high, you rely on the habits we built during those early morning sessions.
Who I Train
Whether you are a young athlete aiming for the school sports day podium or a competitive runner preparing for the Tata Mumbai Marathon, I provide the same level of intensity. We track your progress with manual timing and tactical advice to ensure you are ready to represent your school or club at events like the Khelo India Games or local district meets. If you are willing to put in the work, I am here to help you get the gold.
