Kids Athletics & Agility Training
I teach kids the value of movement. Whether it is improving coordination, building speed, or just having fun on the track, we focus on growing stronger every single day.
Today my training partner is my son. Starting him young.

My little training partner, always bringing a smile to my face.
Training should also be fun, especially for the little ones. I focus on building their gross motor skills through engaging drills, helping them become faster, stronger, and more agile while developing a love for sport.

About Additional Work
When I train kids, I don't just teach them to run faster. We spend our sessions on the grass, using ladders, cones, and games to build their motor skills and coordination. It is about building a foundation for their future, ensuring they learn the right mechanics early on while keeping things engaging and safe for their joints.
My goal for the younger ones is simple: turn 'play' into 'practice'. Kids aged 5 to 12 are in the perfect phase to develop agility, but they need the right guidance to do it safely. We avoid heavy weights or excessive impact. Instead, we use mini-hurdles, plastic hoops, and light medicine balls to help them understand how to move their bodies with purpose.
What we focus on
- Motor Skills: Using ladders and cone zig-zags to improve footwork and coordination.
- Speed Basics: Teaching proper arm action and running mechanics. We don't chase top speed yet, we chase good form.
- Reaction & Awareness: Using whistle-based drills to teach them to think and move simultaneously.
We train in groups on grass fields across Mumbai to keep the environment fun and social. I personally make sure the energy stays high. You will see your child become more active, more confident, and better at managing their own energy levels. This is about building a habit of discipline—the 'mehnat'—early on, so they have a strong base for whatever sport or physical activity they choose later in life. If you have questions about the schedule or want to see how a session runs, feel free to reach out directly.
