Track & Field Coaching and Athletic Performance
I build athletes from the ground up. Whether you are aiming for a national gold or just want to run faster, we start with discipline and finish with real results.
This is where speed is born. We focus on mastering the explosive power of a block start, the foundation for any great sprinter. Every session is about getting faster and stronger, dil se.
This is what pure mehnat looks like. My student winning double gold medals in the 100m and 200m, and taking home the overall championship trophy at the School National Games. Hard work never goes to waste.
Hurdle training is about rhythm and form. I work with athletes to find their flow, turning each hurdle into a seamless part of their sprint. We break down the technique to build speed and confidence.
Training should also be fun, especially for the little ones. I focus on building their gross motor skills through engaging drills, helping them become faster, stronger, and more agile while developing a love for sport.
We build explosive power from the ground up. Plyometric exercises like box jumps are key to developing the strength needed for powerful sprints and jumps. The support of the team makes every effort count.
It's always a pleasure to train with dedicated athletes. Here with Hardik Pandya, sharing insights on fitness and speed. Discipline is the key to performance in any sport.
Coaching is a partnership. I take the time to connect with each athlete, understanding their goals and giving them the personal attention they need to improve. Every question is important on the path to getting better.
Quick feet and sharp movements are essential for any athlete. We use a variety of agility and speed drills with cones and ladders to improve coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic performance.
About Featured
I do not offer shortcuts or quick fixes. When you train with me at the University Sports Pavilion, expect 90-120 minutes of intense work covering everything from block starts to plyometrics. You must bring your own shoes and spikes, but I bring the stopwatch, the technique drills, and the push you need to find your next gear.
How I Coach
My philosophy is simple. Discipline is greater than motivation. I train athletes who are serious about results. Whether you are a kid learning gross motor skills or a competitive runner chasing a national podium, my approach is the same. We start with the basics, correct your form, and then build power.
My sessions at the University Sports Pavilion are structured. For competitive squads, we focus on sprint mechanics, hurdle rhythm, and explosive strength. I use manual timing and video analysis to show you exactly where you can get faster. For the younger group, we focus on agility, reaction, and coordination through games.
What to Expect
- Technical Focus: I break down block starts, hurdle approach, and long jump run-ups. You learn why you are moving a certain way.
- Conditioning: We use plyometrics, resistance bands, and medicine balls to build functional power. You need to be strong to be fast.
- Real Feedback: I am direct. If your stride is off, I will tell you. If you are not putting in the effort, I will push you. My athletes, including state and national champions, know that hard work is the only path to the podium.
Practical Details
I offer group tuition and 1-on-1 elite training. The group sessions have 15-30 athletes, so you get the energy of the team. For 1-on-1, you get my undivided attention for posture correction and recovery protocols. Please note that ground entry fees are not part of the monthly tuition. Come prepared to work.
