I build athletes from the ground up. Whether you are aiming for a national gold or just want to run faster, we start with discipline and finish with real results.

This is where speed is born. We focus on mastering the explosive power of a block start, the foundation for any great sprinter. Every session is about getting faster and stronger, dil se.

This is what pure mehnat looks like. My student winning double gold medals in the 100m and 200m, and taking home the overall championship trophy at the School National Games. Hard work never goes to waste.

Hurdle training is about rhythm and form. I work with athletes to find their flow, turning each hurdle into a seamless part of their sprint. We break down the technique to build speed and confidence.

Training should also be fun, especially for the little ones. I focus on building their gross motor skills through engaging drills, helping them become faster, stronger, and more agile while developing a love for sport.

We build explosive power from the ground up. Plyometric exercises like box jumps are key to developing the strength needed for powerful sprints and jumps. The support of the team makes every effort count.

Quick feet and sharp movements are essential for any athlete. We use a variety of agility and speed drills with cones and ladders to improve coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic performance.

I do not offer shortcuts or quick fixes. When you train with me at the University Sports Pavilion, expect 90-120 minutes of intense work covering everything from block starts to plyometrics. You must bring your own shoes and spikes, but I bring the stopwatch, the technique drills, and the push you need to find your next gear.
