About Athletics (Track & Field) Coaching
From practice sessions under the sun to seeing my athletes on the podium, I’ve seen all sides of the journey. At Pro Athletes Academy, we believe in celebrating every milestone, whether it’s shaving a second off your personal best or bagging a national medal. That’s what keeps us coming back to the track, even when the weather is kharaab (bad).
Coaching Approach
Trust comes first. I don’t believe in shortcuts or magic formulas. Real progress is built on a strong coach-athlete bond and showing up, rain or shine. My mantra: “Bad weather, no excuse!” You’ll hear that a lot from me.
What Training Looks Like
- Full focus on technical running drills, from block starts to clean relay handovers
- Sprint training for youth athletes and seniors alike, covering 100m, 200m, 400m, middle-distance, relays, and even cross country
- Gym work includes plyometrics, resistance, and hurdle drills for explosive athletic performance
- Consistency is key - a little hard work every day builds into something big
Who It’s For
I work with athletes who want to compete - school kids (U/12, U/14), university hopefuls, seniors, and even players from other sports (yes, cricketers too!) looking for athletic performance training for other sports.
Results
Our athletes constantly bring home medals, win team titles, and get selected for top championships. Seeing them in newspapers or on scholarship lists is the real reward for all of us.

My Story
We’re Pro Athletes Academy, and honestly, our athletes are like family. I’m always there – sweating it out on the track, cheering in the rain, even getting emotional when someone nails a personal best. Coaching isn’t just about certificates, it’s about trust and connection. Parents are a big part too, they’re in every win. I love supporting runs for our soldiers. Jai Hind! Our goal? Take raw potential, push it to the podium.
