About The Coach's Eye
I do not just watch you run. When we work together, I am checking your block start timing down to the millisecond, correcting your hurdle rhythm, and ensuring your posture does not waste energy. You get instant video analysis and clear feedback because that is the only way to shave those precious seconds off your time.
A coach's job is to see what the athlete often misses. Whether you are sprinting the 100m or working on your long jump approach, I am there with a stopwatch and a critical eye.
The Technical Side of Speed
Speed is not just about raw power; it is an art. We break down your movement into smaller parts—arm action, stride length, and foot strike. I use block start drills to fix your acceleration phase and hurdle rhythm exercises to build confidence. If you are struggling with your takeoff, we will reset the foundation until the technique is second nature.
My Training Philosophy
Discipline > Motivation. You might feel motivated today, but discipline is what gets you to the synthetic track at 6 AM. My sessions are designed for those who want results, not shortcuts. We train in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, focusing on:
- Sprint Mechanics: Refining your form for 100m/200m performance.
- Plyometrics & Strength: Using medicine balls and box jumps to build explosive power.
- Data-Driven Feedback: Using manual timing and video analysis so you know exactly where you stand.
