Junior Foundation Athletics (Ages 4-14)
Schedule & Batch
- Frequency: 3 to 4 evening sessions per week.

How We Train
We start with basics for beginners and go deep into technique for those ready to push limits. As NS-NIS certified coaches, we obsess over form - from bullet starts to every jump phase. Athletic strength and conditioning is a must, with compound lifts and plyometrics. We also support you with mental conditioning and injury rehab for track athletes.

My Story
We’re Risers Academy, started by Prashant Patil – ‘sportswale_sir’ to many. Athletics is life for us. I’ve competed internationally, now I coach kids who dream big, whether it’s Olympics or police jobs. Winning medals is amazing, but we care about मेहनत (hard work), discipline, and the journey. We guide every kid, support their dreams, and yes, we’re all about accuracy and dedication. Champions aren’t born, they’re made, one step at a time.
