Training Schedule

What We’re All About
I want kids to find their inner athlete. At Be Fit, it’s not just laps around the track, it’s about building up confidence, discipline, and a bit of that Mumbai “jugaad” (street-smart hustle). The vibe is like a big family - we push each other but nobody gets left behind. Some of the kids joke, “Coach makes you run like mad, but you end up smiling anyway.” If your child is nervous or super shy, don’t worry. We have a space for every type.
Who Can Join
Mostly, I work with kids and teens aged 7 and up. Total beginners, sports day hopefuls, or those aiming for bigger meets - all levels are welcome. The goal is to get everyone moving, sweating, and having fun.
How We Train
- Focus on youth speed development and running technique for both short sprints and longer runs
- Strength work using bodyweight and some light weights – think squats, push-ups, and core stuff
- Explosive power drills (lots of jumping!)
- Agility and coordination using hurdles and cones
- Junior track and field training for sprints, relays, hurdles, long jump
Results & Community
Kids from Be Fit regularly bring home medals from school meets and state-level competitions. But honestly, it’s not just about winning – it’s about growing together and celebrating every step forward.
Where We Train

My Story
Hey! We’re BE FIT, your Mumbai fitness fam. I’m Brinston, founder and coach - international gold medalist, but honestly, my biggest flex is our crew. From tiny champs winning their first school race to folks smashing 100km ultras, we’re all in. Age? Doesn’t matter. We train on sand, tracks, wherever the city lets us. Early mornings, sweaty tees, loud cheers - that’s us. We show up, we hustle, we grow together. Simple.

Group fitness & marathon training - We run group fitness, marathon prep, and endurance training outdoors across Mumbai. All levels, all ages.
Kids athletics & outdoor workouts - Kids from 7+ get their own batches. We do outdoor sessions at beaches, parks, and sports centres.
