About My Training Squad

Joining my squad means you commit to a disciplined environment where the group pushes you forward. We operate on the synthetic track at the University Sports Pavilion, focusing on real technical drills, hurdle rhythm, and consistent conditioning that builds actual speed.

My philosophy has always been simple: Discipline over motivation. When we train as a squad, that discipline multiplies. You see someone next to you pushing through a tough plyometric circuit or nailing their block start, and suddenly your own limits feel like they can be stretched.

This group is for anyone who is ready for honest, hard work. We do not believe in shortcuts. We focus on the 'mehnat'—the sweating, the repetition, and the technical corrections that turn a runner into an athlete. We train on synthetic tracks because the surface matters for your joints and your speed.

Our sessions are structured. We do not just 'work out'; we train. We break down sprinting mechanics, hurdle technique, and explosive starts. If you are a kid just starting out, you will learn the foundations of movement. If you are an athlete prepping for Khelo India or university games, you will get the intensity you need to perform.

My squad is a family. We celebrate victories, we huddle up before competitions, and we support each other when training gets tough. If you have the will to show up consistently, come join us on the track. Let’s work.
