Sprinting & Explosive Starts

Speed is an art and a science. I provide detailed coaching on sprinting form for the 100m and 200m, with a special focus on developing an explosive block start to give you an edge from the very first step. We train for power, acceleration, and maintaining top speed.

Hurdle Mastery

Hurdles are not just obstacles, they are a rhythm. My training covers everything from basic drills for beginners to advanced techniques for competitive hurdlers. We focus on trail leg and lead leg movements, maintaining speed between hurdles, and building the confidence to attack the track.

Agility, Speed & Foundational Drills

Athleticism is built on a strong foundation. I use a variety of tools like agility ladders, cones, and resistance bands to develop quick feet, coordination, and reaction time. These drills are essential for athletes in any sport looking to improve their overall movement and sharpness.

Strength & Power Conditioning

Speed comes from strength. My program includes plyometrics, medicine ball exercises, and bodyweight routines to build explosive power that translates directly to the track. We train the entire body to work as one powerful unit, from box jumps to core stability.

Long Jump Technique

The long jump is a combination of speed, power, and precision. I provide a full breakdown of the technique, from mastering the approach run to perfecting the takeoff and landing. We work on drills to improve every phase of the jump.

I have had the privilege of training several dedicated actors and personalities who understand the importance of discipline and fitness. We are more than just a group of athletes, we are a team. I offer group sessions where the energy and support of the squad helps everyone push their limits. We celebrate our victories together and motivate each other through every tough practice.
