Monthly 1-on-1 Training Block
Program Structure
- Volume: 12 personal training sessions valid for 1 month.
- Frequency: 3 scheduled sessions per week.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
Specialized Tracks
- Acrobatics: Progression for backflips, handstands, human flags, and calisthenics.
- Combat Sports: Muay Thai or Western Boxing technique, pad work, and heavy bag drills.
- Physique: Functional strength training and weight loss programming.
Facility Specs
- Environment: Raw, warehouse style gym with tin roofing and industrial fans (Non AC).
- Flooring: 25mm high density EVA foam puzzle mats for impact absorption.
- Equipment: Calisthenics rig (bars/rings), climbing ropes, tires, and crash mats.
Basic Amenities
- Hygiene: Shared changing cubicle and restroom access.
- Water: RO water dispenser available (bottle required).
Single Skill Workshop
Session Scope
- Focus: Deep dive into a single technique (e.g., back handspring) or form correction.
- Assessment: Rapid evaluation of strength, flexibility, and fear levels.
- Duration: 60 minutes of intense, focused instruction.
Coaching & Safety
- Spotting: Heavy hands on physical support from the coach for dangerous inversion moves.
- Feedback: Immediate visual correction and technical adjustments.
Access
- Equipment: Usage of crash mats, gymnastics rings, and impact flooring for the duration of the class.
- Exclusions: Does not include diet planning or long term tracking.

What We Do
- Skills-based training: We focus on bodyweight strength training, not just machines. You’ll learn handstands, flips, and advanced moves like the Human Flag.
- Gymnastics for adults and kids: Whether you’re a beginner or already flipping, I’ll help you master new skills and build real flexibility.
- Muay Thai fitness and boxing: I’ve got a solid background here. We’ll work on technique, power, and stamina with one-on-one sessions.
- Acro yoga partner workouts: If you want something fun and different, try creative partner acrobatics and human pyramids. It’s all about trust and teamwork.
Who Can Join
- Kids: I make fitness fun and disciplined. They learn confidence through gymnastics and calisthenics.
- Adults: Men, women, total beginners, or advanced athletes - I train everyone. You’ll get support and a push to your next level.
How I Train
I’m hands-on. I’ll guide your form, spot your flips, and make sure you’re safe with crash mats and proper gear. You have to put in the work, but I’ll be right there with you. Let’s hustle for that muscle.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, but most just call us Team RBA or Chandru’s gang. Life’s tough? Good. That’s how you get strong, not by shortcuts but by sweating it out. Our academy’s full of energy - you’ll hear laughter, some grumbling, and a lot of ‘let’s go!’ We treat our students like family, sometimes naughty, always growing. Medals or not, we show up, we hustle, and we get stronger together. That’s all.

Kids & Juniors - Kids boxing training, medal-winning junior teams, focus on discipline and fun. Competitions like Mini Olympics.
Creative Calisthenics Workouts - Bodyweight strength classes - human pyramids, handstands, backflips. No fancy machines, just real skills.
Personal Muay Thai Coaching - One-on-one sessions for your goals. We listen, we push, we adapt to you.
Community & Events - Active in marathons, Khelo India games. Team RBA means we show up, together.
