Stop training alone. Build real strength, trust, and balance with my partner acrobatics and acro yoga sessions in RR Nagar.
Learning acro yoga is a process of trial and error. This video shows a student practicing a standing pose on my feet, demonstrating the focus and persistence it takes to succeed.

I often act as the base for my students in acro yoga. These images showcase various poses like 'bird' and 'throne', which are great for developing balance and core strength for the flyer.
About Acro Yoga & Partner Workouts
In our partner sessions, the first thing I teach is the trust between base and flyer. I act as the base for new students, guiding your form while you are supported on my feet so you can master the balance of poses like the 'bird' or 'throne' safely on our 25mm high-density crash mats.
We do not use fancy machines here. Partner acrobatics is about learning how your body weight interacts with someone else’s. Whether you are working on human pyramids, partner handstands, or just learning the basics of acro yoga, the focus is always on real, functional strength and core stability.
The environment is raw. We train in a warehouse-style gym in RR Nagar, where the only thing that matters is the work you put in. I guide every movement, spotting you physically during training to ensure you learn techniques like back handsprings or partner lifts without the fear of falling.
Most people come here thinking it is just about flexibility. It is not. It is about communication and showing up. If you are a beginner, we start slow, building the foundation of how to support a partner and how to be supported. If you are looking for something fun that builds trust and real fitness, this is where you start.
