About Muay Thai & Boxing Fitness
You will train in a raw, warehouse style space that skips the air conditioning and mirrors for real results. We focus on Muay Thai clinching, boxing footwork, and generating power from the ground up, using heavy bags and intense pad work to build your stamina.
I run 60-minute personal training sessions designed to push you beyond what you thought you could do. My approach to combat sports is simple: we strip away the distractions and focus on the mechanics of the sport.
What we work on:
- Muay Thai: We break down knee strikes, elbows, and defensive posture until it becomes muscle memory.
- Boxing: We spend time on movement, head placement, and heavy bag drills that correct your form.
This is not a generic group class. I am hands-on, correcting your form in real-time and ensuring you build the strength needed to support these movements.
Training Specs:
- We train on 25mm high-density EVA foam mats for impact absorption.
- Each block consists of 12 sessions, ideally 3 times a week, to keep your momentum high.
If you are a total beginner, we start with the fundamentals. If you are training for competition, we ramp up the intensity of the pad work. Come prepared to sweat, work hard, and grow.
