About Kids Group Classes
You might be looking for a fancy gym with air conditioning, but that is not my style. My classes are held in a raw, warehouse-style space where we use 25mm high-density puzzle mats and crash mats to safely guide your kids through backbends, handstands, and splits. It is all about teaching them to use their own body weight to get stronger, not just playing games.
At The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, I focus on what actually works for a child's development. We move away from machines and heavy equipment to focus on movement that builds real-world strength.
Why Calisthenics and Gymnastics for Kids?
Kids today spend too much time sitting. My classes get them moving in ways that improve flexibility, coordination, and physical awareness. By working on skills like handstands, bridge poses, and human pyramids, they learn how to control their own body.
Our Training Approach
- Safety First: I use specialized crash mats and spotting techniques for every inversion or flip. You never have to worry about them trying advanced moves without proper support.
- Discipline Through Sport: It is not just about the workout. I teach kids the value of showing up, trying hard, and respecting the process. Whether they win a medal or just master their first backbend, they gain confidence.
- Real Progress: We track improvement through consistent practice rather than abstract goals. Every session is an opportunity to improve form and build endurance.
Locations and Scheduling
I run these group classes at our academy in RR Nagar and hold sessions in Jayanagar. The environment is high-energy, raw, and focused. If you want your child to learn discipline, gain flexibility, and actually enjoy their fitness routine, come join our next batch.
