My Philosophy: Fit Means Fighter
Nodu (Look), I'm not about just being "healthy". My goal is to make you fit - like a real fighter. It's not a diet phase or chasing six-pack abs. Fit means your body works, not just looks good. I tell it as it is, nanu sullu helalla (I don't lie).

How We Train

- We master basics like push-ups, pull-ups, and wrestling takedowns - functional strength development, not show-off moves.
- Ancient tools like the Gada (heavy mace) and even pole climbing make your upper body and core tough as hell.
- You want grip strength? Try peeling a coconut with your bare hands.
