My Philosophy: Fit Means Fighter

Nodu (Look), I'm not about just being "healthy". My goal is to make you fit - like a real fighter. It's not a diet phase or chasing six-pack abs. Fit means your body works, not just looks good. I tell it as it is, nanu sullu helalla (I don't lie).

How We Train

  • I mix old-school grit with what actually works now.
  • We master basics like push-ups, pull-ups, and wrestling takedowns - functional strength development, not show-off moves.
  • Ancient tools like the Gada (heavy mace) and even pole climbing make your upper body and core tough as hell.
  • You want grip strength? Try peeling a coconut with your bare hands.

Endurance & Mindset

  • Running outdoors, team roadwork - stamina that lasts.
  • High-intensity circuits: pad rounds, bag work, almost no rest.
  • Mental toughness workouts: shin conditioning, drills that harden both body and mind. You’ll learn to push past limits.

My Story

People see me - tall, tattoos, bit rough - and think street fighter. But Muay Thai is my life, not just a sport. Kannada Premi, that’s me. My strength? Madeshwara, always with me, gym and home. My grandfather shaped me, my family is everything. I’m a World Champ, Kru, but watching my students win, that’s the real prize. I fight, I protect. Faith is my backbone. Uge Madappa!

My Work

Martial Arts Training - I teach Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ, MMA, and Muay Boran classes.

Direct Coaching Style - Ninge enu beko, adanne helodu. I push, I shout, I make you work till perfect.

Train Like a Fighter - We do Indian desi conditioning, heavy bag work, and technical fight training. Not just fitness, real fight skills.

Ring Discipline - The ring is sacred. We do Wai Kru, learn respect, discipline. It’s a temple for warriors.
