Standard Combat PT (12 Sessions)
Core Training Specs
- Volume: 12 Personal Training sessions valid for 30 days.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week schedule.
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated 1-on-1 coaching.
- Trainers: Certified State/National level combat athletes.
Combat & Conditioning
- Pad Work: 15-20 minutes of active trainer-held focus pad drills per session.
- Functional Equipment: Includes 50-80kg tractor tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and battle ropes.
- Technical Skills: Breakdown of boxing stances, agility ladder footwork, and defense mechanisms.
- Strength Base: Calisthenics (pushups/pullups) and free weights on the terrace floor.
Support & Facility
- Roadmap: Customized training split based on Weight Loss or Skill Acquisition goals.
- Nutrition: Coach-led basic macro structuring and dietary advice.
- Gear: Access to shared boxing gloves and shin guards.
- Environment: Open-air, cross-ventilated terrace training setup.
Intensive Transformation PT (24 Sessions)
High-Volume Specs
- Volume: 24 Personal Training sessions valid for 30-35 days.
- Frequency: Mon-Sat daily training schedule.
- Duration: Extended 60-75 minutes including cool-down and stretching.
- Goal Focus: Rapid calorie burn (450+ cal/session) or Fight Camp prep.
Advanced Combat Training
- Striking: 4-6 rounds on Heavy Bag with form correction.
- Reflex Tools: Head-mounted reflex ball training for hand-eye coordination.
- Drills: Complex combination flows and technical sparring simulations.
- Endurance: HIIT finishers using jump ropes, burpees, and box jumps.
Premium Support & Access
- Tracking: Daily monitoring of weight and inch loss progress.

What Makes Us Stand Out
Training with us isn't a walk in the park - you'll sweat, sometimes crawl, and even fall. Yeah, you'll feel the pain. But giving up? That's not on the menu. We get that the usual gym routine can get pretty boring, so our sessions blend kickboxing, boxing, and MMA moves with fitness. You’ll be learning real self-defense skills while blasting calories, not just lifting weights over and over.

Every program is custom. After we chat about what you want (drop weight, tone up, or just try something new), I set up a plan just for you. Sessions cover:
