Combat Fitness & MMA Group Classes
Training Specs
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 5 sessions per week (Mon to Sat).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Disciplines: Rotation of Muay Thai (clinch/knees), Boxing (footwork), and Kickboxing (K1 rules).
- Coaching: Group supervision by Kru Chandra Kumar or senior assistants.
Facility Access
- Ring: Full access to regulation boxing ring for controlled sparring.
- Striking Gear: Unlimited use of heavy bags, speed bags, and wall units.
- Conditioning: Use of gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, and climbing ropes.
Session Flow
- Warm-up: Calisthenics, stretching, and rope skipping.
- Main: Shadow boxing, partner Dutch drills, and heavy bag rounds.
- Cool down: Core conditioning and static stretching.
Requirements
- Gear: Student must bring own wraps, gloves (10oz-14oz), shin guards, and gumshield.
Junior Fight Team (Kids & Teens)
Class Structure
- Age Groups: Batches split for Sub-Juniors (5 to 10 yrs) and Juniors (11 to 16 yrs).
- Focus: 50% emphasis on gymnastics and flexibility to build athletic base.
- Safety: High coach-to-student ratio with crash mats for gymnastic drills.
Skill Development
- Combat Basics: Instruction on stance, guard, and striking mechanics.
- Etiquette: Strict focus on discipline, respect, and bowing.
- Sparring: Touch sparring only with mandatory headgear and chest guards.
Progression
- Competition: Pathways to join the RBA Junior Team for state-level meets.
- Assessments: Periodic grading of skills.
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Coach Access
- Trainer: Exclusive time with Head Coach Kru Chandra Kumar.
- Schedule: Flexible slots available outside of group class hours.
- Plan: Customized goals for weight loss, fight prep, or self-defense.
Technical Training
- Pad Work: 5 to 7 rounds of intensive Thai Pad or Focus Mitt work.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, but most just call us Team RBA or Chandru’s gang. Life’s tough? Good. That’s how you get strong, not by shortcuts but by sweating it out. Our academy’s full of energy - you’ll hear laughter, some grumbling, and a lot of ‘let’s go!’ We treat our students like family, sometimes naughty, always growing. Medals or not, we show up, we hustle, and we get stronger together. That’s all.
