About Gymnastics & Flips for All Ages
We do not use fancy mirrors or machines here. My approach relies on high-density crash mats, air tracks, and resistance bands to help you learn movements like back handsprings or front flips safely. You will feel the difference between just working out and actually learning a skill that stays with you.
Learning gymnastics as an adult or a child is about breaking down complex moves into manageable steps. Even if you have never done a cartwheel, I start with basic mobility and build up to dynamic tumbling. For kids, we focus on discipline and confidence, turning playtime into skill-building sessions. Adults often come in wanting to break past a fitness plateau; mastering a handstand or a front flip is a completely different kind of challenge for your brain and body.
We train in a raw, warehouse-style space in RR Nagar and Jayanagar. It is not about fancy amenities or air conditioning; it is about the right equipment—high-density mats, rigs, and rings—and consistent practice. My goal is to get you comfortable with inversion and explosive power, safely guiding every jump and landing. Whether you are looking for a form check on a specific trick or want to build long-term flexibility, we focus on what works.
