Fitness isn't just about flexing muscles. To really change yourself, you need guts - ivella madoke gundige beku (need guts for all this). If you come with an attitude of "nanna kaiyalli aagalla" (I can't do it), it's not going to work here. First, I help you build the mindset. The body follows after.

Tools We Use
Training is in a fully-equipped gym. We use:
- Free weights (barbells, dumbbells)
- Plate-loaded machines (T-bar row, leg press)
- Cable stations for constant muscle tension
Real Inspiration
The attitude of the late Appu sir (Puneeth Rajkumar), who I had the honour to train, guides me. His spirit: "en madistira nanu madtini" (Whatever you make me do, I will do it) - that's the drive I want to pass on. It's not always easy, but if you’ve got the guts, I’ll help you get results.

My Story
Naanu Kumar, fitness coach from Bengaluru. Fitness is full life for me, not just a job. My classes run at Aerial Zone Gymnastics Academy, and I do personal training too. Gundige beku - need guts, not just muscles. Got to train Appu sir (Puneeth Rajkumar) once, his 'madona, en madistira nanu madtini' spirit stays with me. I want my students to feel that fire inside. When not coaching, I’m lifting, riding my bike, or chilling with nature and animals. Balance is everything.
My Work
Gymnastics and Fitness Coaching - I coach gymnastics classes for kids, general fitness, and personal training sessions at Aerial Zone.
Hands-on, Intense Training - My style is tough but supportive. I push for real functional strength and courage, not just looks.
Kids’ Flexibility and Strength - We teach kids everything from stretching basics to advanced flips. Discipline, confidence, and fun go together.
Personal Training for Adults - Want serious results? I guide adults in intense strength workouts, but you must come ready to give your best.
