About Muay Thai Personal Training
Why I Teach Muay Thai This Way
Muay Thai is more than just throwing punches or kicks. For me, it’s about syncing your mind and body, building discipline, and understanding the heart behind the fight. I don’t believe in just training the body - if your mind isn’t part of it, something’s missing.
What to Expect in Personal Training
Every session is just you and me. This isn’t a group class where you fade into the background. I watch your technique up close, break down your form, and help you fix the small things that make a big difference. Expect a lot of pad work, real-time feedback, and honest talk about progress.
- All levels welcome, from beginner to fighter
- Direct feedback on every move
- Sessions adapted to your pace and goals
My Approach: No Fear, Just Preparation
We start by nailing the basics - punching, elbows, knees, and kicks. “One step, one punch” is the way. Once you’ve got that, we push into more advanced stuff: combinations, fight strategy, and even Muay Boran techniques if you’re ready.
Fitness is big here too. You’ll do conditioning - tire jumps, push-ups, roadwork. It’s hard work, but that’s the point.
Authenticity Matters
I teach what I’ve learned straight from my lineage at Amarit Muay Warrior Institute. It’s traditional Muay Thai, no shortcuts. There’s a lot of respect for where this art comes from.
Who This Suits
If you want real Muay Thai, proper technique from day one, or just want to test your limits, this is for you. Women, men, fighters, total beginners - everyone’s welcome.
