Monthly Group Combat Fitness
Class Schedule & Structure
- Frequency: Unlimited access to daily sessions running Monday through Saturday.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session led by Coach Charan Reddy or assistants.
Conditioning Equipment
- Heavy Resistance: Usage of large tractor tires for flipping and weighted bag carries.
- Functional Rigs: Monkey bars welded to ceiling beams for grip strength and hanging drills.
- Cardio: Guided outdoor runs on grass tracks and agility cone drills.
Combat & Core
- Striking: High-repetition drills on Goodwin heavy bags and teardrop bags.
- Floor Work: 15 to 20 minute dedicated abdominal circuits and bodyweight drills (bear crawls, burpees) on EVA mats.
Facility
- Environment: Non-AC, fan-cooled industrial facility focusing on high-sweat training.
1-on-1 Personal Conditioning (12 Sessions)
Personalized Training
- Coach Attention: 1-on-1 instruction ensuring strict form correction on every repetition.
- Pad Work: Coach holds focus mitts or Thai pads for interactive striking drills (not available in group classes).
Customization & Diet
- Program Design: Workouts tailored to specific goals like rapid weight loss or injury rehabilitation.
- Nutrition: Verbal dietary guidance and lifestyle accountability mentoring.
Scheduling
- Flexibility: Sessions booked based on mutual convenience rather than fixed batch times.
- Frequency: Package includes 12 sessions, typically scheduled as 3 sessions per week.
Single Class Drop-in
Access Rights
- Validity: Entry to one scheduled Combat Fitness or Strength & Conditioning group batch.
- Experience: Full participation in the standard 60 to 90 minute guided workout.
Equipment & Gear
- Inventory Use: Access to communal skipping ropes, tires, and boxing gloves for the duration of the class.
- Instruction: Real-time floor coaching and drill guidance alongside regular members.

Instead, we use real Muay Thai conditioning drills and strength work that actually prepares you for anything life throws at you.
What Happens in a Class
- Warm-ups get your whole body moving - think agility ladders, high knees, fast footwork.
- Combat cardio means hitting bags, pads, and moving like you mean it. Great for fat loss with combat workouts.
- Strength and conditioning is hands-on - flipping tires, kettlebells, pull-ups, bear crawls. You’ll feel muscles you didn’t know existed.
- We never skip core training. Expect medicine balls, sit-ups, and moves that build a solid base.

My Story
We’re Combatant Muay Thai Academy, but honestly, it feels more like a big, sweaty family. Some folks say we’re champions, but what matters is seeing our students grow. Kids, adults, pros - all under one roof, all chasing something better. Our ring’s seen victories, but also a lot of hard days. Every jab, every missed step, every win - it’s all part of the story. We’re not perfect, just hungry to improve.
