Standard Group MMA & Fitness Membership
Class Structure
- Daily Access: Entry to one scheduled batch per day with options in Morning (6:00 AM - 9:30 AM) or Evening (5:00 PM - 8:30 PM) slots.
- Training Mix: Rotation between Kickboxing (striking), Wrestling/BJJ (grappling), and Strength & Conditioning (HIIT).
- Weekend Availability: Includes 2-hour Saturday/Sunday sessions aimed at sparring or endurance conditioning.
Facility & Equipment
- Training Surface: 25mm thick EVA foam puzzle mats suitable for stand-up striking and light takedowns.
- Gear: Shared vinyl/leather heavy bags, kicking shields, and focus mitts.
- Functional Tools: Agility ladders, low hurdles, medicine balls, kettlebells, and basic dumbbells.
- Environment: Non-AC floor with ceiling fans and natural cross-ventilation. Shared changing area and shoe racks.
Supervision
- Floor Coaching: 1-2 coaches per group session to correct form during drills.
- Sparring: Supervised light-contact sparring sessions available for eligible intermediate members.
36-Day Fat Loss Transformation Program
Program Structure
- Duration: Fixed 36-day training block (approx. 5 weeks).
- Schedule: Mandatory 6 days/week attendance in dedicated Morning (7:00 AM) or Evening (7:00 PM) batches.
- Tracking: Pre-program and post-program weigh-ins using digital scales to measure total weight loss.
Nutrition & Accountability
- Diet Plan: Standardized weight cut/fat loss diet chart provided to all participants.
- Attendance: Daily tracking by coaches to ensure consistency.
Workout Focus
- High Intensity: Caloric burn focus using burpees, mountain climbers, heavy bag sprints, and bodyweight circuits.
- Group Format: Training done in a specific cohort for the duration of the challenge.
1-on-1 Personal MMA Training

- Dedicated Attention: 100% focus from a senior coach without rotating partners.
- Technical Drills: Extended rounds of focus mitts (boxing) or Thai pads (kicks) held specifically for the client.
- Customization: Workouts tailored to specific goals like injury workarounds, fight prep, or technique correction.

- Flexible Scheduling: Sessions arranged during off-peak hours (late morning or mid-afternoon).
- Pacing: Intensity controlled by the client's fitness level.
