About Calisthenics & Advanced Strength
I don't use fancy machines—just bodyweight, a rig, and proper spotting. Whether you are aiming for your first handstand or trying to master the human flag, I will be right there on the mats to guide your form. We train in a raw, warehouse-style space designed for focus, not comfort, so come ready to put in the work.
Building Skills, Not Just Muscle
Most gyms rely on treadmills and weight machines. At The Rock Bull Academy (RBA), we do things differently. My approach to calisthenics and advanced strength training is about mastering your own body weight. We focus on progressions—starting with basic core control and balance before moving to complex movements like acro yoga pyramids, muscle-ups, or the human flag.
Where We Train
My facility in RR Nagar is a raw, warehouse-style gym. You won't find AC or polished mirrors here, but you will find heavy-duty pull-up rigs, climbing ropes, and 25mm high-density EVA foam mats. This setup is built for performance and safety. When you are learning to backflip or perfecting a handstand, having high-quality crash mats under you makes all the difference in building confidence and trying new things.
How You Can Start
- Monthly 1-on-1 Training: We work in a 12-session block over a month. This is perfect for those who want to commit to a specific track, whether it’s functional strength, mastering a specific gymnastics move, or building the power required for Muay Thai.
- Single Skill Workshops: If you are stuck on a single technique—like a back handspring or a form correction for your pull-ups—book a 60-minute intensive session. I’ll do a rapid evaluation of your current strength and mobility and show you the exact drill to unlock that movement.
I train everyone from complete beginners who have never touched a gym to advanced athletes. If you are in Jayanagar or around RR Nagar, I am available for personal sessions. Let’s get to work and start moving better.
