A look at some of the advanced skills we practice, from partner handstand acrobatics to ring push-ups and mastering the human flag on a pole with my support.

This is a demonstration of advanced calisthenics, including wide-grip pull-ups for back strength and different acro yoga poses that require a strong core and balance.

I don't use fancy machines—just bodyweight, a rig, and proper spotting. Whether you are aiming for your first handstand or trying to master the human flag, I will be right there on the mats to guide your form. We train in a raw, warehouse-style space designed for focus, not comfort, so come ready to put in the work.
