Core Coaching
- Semi-Private Format: Intensive coaching with a Trainer-to-Student ratio of approx 1:3.
- Technical Pad Work: 3-4 rounds of focus mitt drills testing reflexes and accuracy.
- Body Vest Drills: Specialized practice where the coach wears a protective vest for full-contact body shots.
Training Environment
- Ring Access: Usage of a full-sized professional boxing ring for spatial drills.
- Raw Setting: Industrial environment (non-AC facility) focusing on functional training.
- Conditioning: Includes outdoor sprints, tire work, or sledgehammer drills.

- Gear: House gloves and pads provided for the session.
- Flexibility: Pay-as-you-go booking with no monthly lock-in.
Weekend Warrior PT Package
Schedule & Volume
- Total Sessions: Approx 8 sessions per month.
- Days: Strictly Saturdays and Sundays.
- Fixed Slots: Choice of Morning (8-10 AM) or Evening (6-8 PM).
Training Curriculum
- Accelerated Learning: Fast-paced coverage of stance, guard, footwork, and combinations.
- Conditioning: High-intensity interval training optimized for weekend-only athletes.
- Sparring Prep: Introduction to controlled technical sparring concepts.
Structure
- Batch Format: Training with a consistent peer group while maintaining semi-private attention.
- Feedback: Weekly technical review to ensure retention over the weekday break.

How We Train
- Core focus is on pad work and boxing drills - it's fast, intense, and yes, sometimes you'll hear me say "chal chal chal" (keep moving).
- We break down every move: footwork, defense, head movement, using agility ladders and cones to keep your skills zinda (alive).
- Boxing-specific strength and conditioning - you’ll work everything, not just arms.
- Technical sparring, always controlled - this is about learning, not just fighting.
