What We Do
We mix gymnastics and calisthenics for a full-body experience. It’s not just about lifting weights - it’s about mastering your own body. You’ll learn bodyweight strength training, flexibility, and control. I teach you how to move better, not just look better.
Skills You’ll Learn
- Pull-ups, push-ups (even Superman push-ups), and ring work for raw strength
- Core drills for stability and power
- Gymnastics flexibility exercises like splits, bridges, and deep stretches
- Acrobatics: flips, handsprings, kick-ups, all taught safely with mats and spotting
- Handstand progression, headstands, and the human flag for balance and control
- Partner acrobatics (Acroyoga) for trust and teamwork
Who Trains Here
Kids, teens, adults - beginners and advanced. Doesn’t matter where you start, just that you show up and give it your best. We train together, push each other, and celebrate every win.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, but most just call us Team RBA or Chandru’s gang. Life’s tough? Good. That’s how you get strong, not by shortcuts but by sweating it out. Our academy’s full of energy - you’ll hear laughter, some grumbling, and a lot of ‘let’s go!’ We treat our students like family, sometimes naughty, always growing. Medals or not, we show up, we hustle, and we get stronger together. That’s all.
My Work
What we offer - Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing (K1), self-defence, gymnastics, calisthenics, and fitness for all ages.
Kids & Juniors - Kids boxing training, medal-winning junior teams, focus on discipline and fun. Competitions like Mini Olympics.
Creative Calisthenics Workouts - Bodyweight strength classes - human pyramids, handstands, backflips. No fancy machines, just real skills.
Personal Muay Thai Coaching - One-on-one sessions for your goals. We listen, we push, we adapt to you.
Community & Events - Active in marathons, Khelo India games. Team RBA means we show up, together.
