My Fitness Philosophy
Dhairya, ekagrata, shakti - patience, focus, strength. That's what I believe in, not just for fitness but for life. Progress is slow, sometimes frustrating, but it’s the only way that feels real. The grind matters more than luck. I’ll be honest - some days suck, but they’re part of the journey. We work through them together.
Training With Me
No cookie-cutter gym vibes here. I create a personalized workout plan based on what you need, where you’re starting, and where you want to go. We work one-on-one, adjusting as you grow. It’s a mix of sweat, laughs, and plenty of “chalo, let’s do one more!” (Come on, let’s do one more!) We’re building not just your body, but your mind too. Consistency is the magic, and we keep it light even when it’s tough.
What You’ll Get
- Strength and conditioning sessions using free weights, resistance bands, and cable machines
- Functional fitness coaching with practical movements for daily life (think squats, lunges, push-ups, core stuff)
- Proper form always - no shortcuts
- Support for injury recovery guidance, especially if you’re coming back from setbacks
- Beginner fitness support if you’re new, and enough challenge if you’re not
Been There, Done That
I’ve had my share of injuries. Dislocated my shoulder, got surgery, had to rebuild everything slow. If you’re recovering, I know how it feels. No false promises - just the step-by-step process that actually works.

My Story
I’m Prakash, a fighter to the bone. Karnataka Muay Thai medalist, yeah, but it’s more about dhairya (courage), ekagrata (focus), shakti (strength). Had a shoulder busted up, surgery, rehab – boring as hell, but you keep moving, inch by inch. When I’m not training, I’m messing with my keyboard, or hanging with my crazy husky Obhi and my burger joint Ramary Crumb. Life’s a grind, but I love the fight.

Kick Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Self Defense, Functional Fitness - I train folks in personal and group setups, whether you want to fight or just get strong.
