Featured Training Highlights: Calisthenics, Gymnastics & Combat
From mastering the human flag to precision Muay Thai kicks, these highlights show the skills we build at Team RBA. See the progress we make when we stop making excuses and start sweating it out.
This is what I mean by functional strength. I use calisthenics to build power that you can apply anywhere, not just in the gym. This one-arm balance, known as a human flag variation, requires total body control.
Partner acrobatics are a core part of my training. Here, I'm the base for a student performing a complex acro yoga pose, demonstrating the trust and strength we build together.

It's not just about getting strong, it's about having fun with new skills. Here I am landing a triple clap backflip on the crash mat, a move we can work towards safely.
I am so proud of my student Vivaan's progress. This video shows him executing a full gymnastics sequence, including a back bend walk, side flip, and front flip, all skills he learned right here.
My training isn't limited to gymnastics. Here I am in the ring coaching one of my young Muay Thai students during the 22nd MTI National Championship, focusing on technique and sportsmanship.
Teamwork makes the dream work. My kids' gymnastics classes are all about building skills together, like this multi-person human pyramid that requires balance, strength, and communication.

I provide hands-on support to help you achieve advanced moves. This video shows me spotting a student as he masters the one-arm human flag, ensuring proper form and safety.
Pushing the limits of bodyweight training. This is a demonstration of a weighted handstand, where I balance a barbell with my feet to add resistance and build next-level shoulder stability.
About Featured
You won't find treadmills or AC at our academy. We train in a raw, warehouse-style setup designed for one thing: real physical progress. Whether you are aiming for a clean handstand or learning self-defence, I personally spot every move on the mats to ensure your form is tight and your confidence stays high.
At The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, we believe that fitness is a skill to be learned, not just a weight to be lifted. Our training environment is deliberately raw, featuring tin roofing, industrial fans, and high-density EVA foam flooring. This isn't a place for looking pretty in the mirror; it's a space for putting in the work.
Why Choose Our Training?
- Hands-on Coaching: I am present for every session. Whether you are learning a backflip or working on pad drills, I spot you to ensure safety and fix your technique in real-time.
- Skill-Based Progression: We don't rely on machines. You learn to control your own body through calisthenics, gymnastics, and acrobatics. You will learn to hold a handstand, balance in a human flag, and execute explosive flips.
- Combat Sports Discipline: My Muay Thai and boxing sessions are built on technique, power, and stamina. We focus on real-world application rather than just basic fitness.
Where We Train
We operate out of our main academy in RR Nagar and hold specialized sessions in Jayanagar. We also offer home visits across Bengaluru for those who need personalized coaching in their own space.
Who This Is For
This training is for anyone ready to hustle. We work with kids who want to compete in gymnastics, adults who have never flipped before, and athletes looking to sharpen their combat skills. You don't need a specific fitness level to start, but you do need the willingness to learn.
